I'd like to turn the study at the end of the lounge into a proper single bedroom. This includes the following: 1. Removing the built in interior cabinetry in study and along the lounge side of the study wall. 2. Filling in the interior wall to create a complete room wall. 3. Stripping wallpaper and repainting the lounge side of the new wall and the four walls in the new bedroom. I'm planning to rent out the property so speed as well as price will be key to signing off any quotes.
