I’m looking for an experienced builder to construct timber framing for two internal bedroom walls as part of a soundproofing upgrade.
This is a framing-only job, I will handle insulation and Gib installation myself.
Scope of Work:
Build independent wall framing in front of existing walls
Use 75mm timber for framing
Maintain an approximate 20mm gap between the existing wall and new framing (for soundproofing purposes)
Ensure framing is straight, level, and ready for Gib fixing
Wall Dimensions:
Wall 1: 2.7m (W) x 2.4m (H)
Wall 2: 3.5m (W) x 2.4m (H)
