New 37 sq m garage to build

I attach the plans for the garage , sleepout and the bedroom ensuite. The project will be council consented so an LBP sign off will be needed. At this stage i think its viable just to focus on giving me a quote for the 37 square Metre garage as this will be the first project in line. Once the new garage is established we can then pull down the existing one . I have attached the drawings . I also have some engineering drawings for the retaining wall and roof trusses , if you need these let me know.
