New home build feilding

We are wanting guidance/time lines/prices for a new home build in feilding. I have drawn a rough plan I think will work and its about 217 m2. We are open to options but would like to build asap so please keep that into consideration too. We have a tight budget and this is what we would like. We know we will need some low spec areas to be able to get these. -5600m2 section on town boundary - 150m driveway - Septic and water tanks - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom -215m2 (floor plan without bricks) - Stone bench top + sculley - Fitted out WIRs - Tiled ensuite shower - Ducted heat pump - Living room window seats - High R rating insulation + membrane wrap - Brick or Stria - covered outdoor area - (possible 2.7m2 living area depending on costs) - Other extras too Let us know if you can do this for under $2500m2, as this is close to our budget above.
