Old style villa looking for maintenance

Looking for a builder to complete a number of jobs around my home including: -Cutting out rot in the weatherboard cladding on exterior of house, replacing it with new weatherboard that matches the style of the house (early 1900s weatherboard look). Rot has been found front right corner, right hand side of house, and rear of laundry. -Head flashings needed to be installed for most of the exterior windows -Rot has also been identified on external dining window and rafter on bay window -Silicone is on the exterior roof above kitchen/dining room area so would need this to be fixed properly. -Fixing of a downpipe and a new one installed on garage. Also fixing the garage spouting to the rear and left of the garage which requires replacement. -Window adjustments and replacement of sash cords.
