Kawerau Inspect, then Renovation

We require a qualified builder to undertake a pre-purchase property inpection on a 70's constructed house located in Kawerau. To check flashings, roof, cladding, and unpermitted covered in patio area (to obtain compliance) etc along with purchaser using a inspection list - this is to obtain an estimate for immediate repairs required - this is estimated to take 2-3hrs. A new shower/bath/vanity would need to be installed after the property purchase alomg with any other immediate issues. Future building renovation works are likely to follow.
