Small exterior cladding and concreting job

This small outdoor room 2.8mx2.8m) used to have a spa pool inbuilt. We’ve had the spa pool removed and now need someone to: 1) cover the side panels below the trellis with exterior cladding sheets (80cm high) with product such as villaboard. Measure cut, apply oil based primer, screw the panels on and paint topcoat 2) fill the floor surface holes left by the pool with concrete and smooth finish. The job is in waikanae, ready now, and is in an exterior ground floor back porch. Power available.
