Woodburner removal

An existing woodburner complete with chimney requires removal. This will involve roof repairs, ceiling repairs and removal of brickwork behind the heater. The heater stands on a small plinth. This will need to be taken back to floor level. Once the removal work is done, the walls will need regibbing and plastering. No painting is required. The ceiling has rectangular tiles and a good match would be desirable. Tiles are 598mm x 400mm. Two additional power points are needed in the new gib.
