Remove internal wall, install HyOne support beam

We have an internal stud wall that spans half the lounge to be removed, to be replaced by a HyOne beam to span the entire room length. Council consent has been granted for the project and we'll supply drawings and documentation. As far as I know, you'll need to be LBP qualified to do consent work. House is 2 storey: Lower storey of concrete block and upper of framing+weatherboard, which is where the lounge is located. Keen to look through quotes and sort references for ASAP start.
