Locate and repair water leak in exterior wall of brick house. Three bottom tiers of bricks running for 1 mtr along an exterior wall look to be damp with wet green moss growing between them. The area is surrounded by a concrete path and gravel driveway on a sunny corner. Located on the same wall within 1 mtr of the damp patch:- outside tap, heat pump unit, fibre cable, down pipe.
