Double garage design & build

We want to get a double garage designed and built for our bach at 44 Moana Street ready for use next summer ( --- ). We are very keen to explore the possible options especially in regard the build materials and position. We are interested in concrete block construction but totally open to other options. We would like power connected and the walls probably ply-lined. Dimensions are yet to be confirmed, but I'm guessing perhaps 6-7m deep and 5.5 - 7m wide. There is an upward slope at the start of our section but some earthworks have already been done to create a flat area. Some minor earthworks and perhaps retaining might be needed depending on the design and position of the garage. Photo's of the site to come
