We currently have painters doing our exterior. They are found several weatherboards with short sections needing to be replaced, one window sill that is rotten and needs a good patch up, some window hinges needing replacing, a few exterior doorframes with sections needing repaired which are rotten/cracked, one section of hardyflex near the roof to replace and if possible some window putty work to do. Likely this is about 2-3 days work. We'd like this done asap.
