Hi there, we're looking at adding a 10-15sqm sleepout at the back of our bach. The job involves installing a concrete pad (on flat land), building the sleepout (either from scratch or using kitset) and wiring to existing outdoor electricity supply. No plumbing required. Would like to get completed in the next 3-4 months.
