Main project : 1. Repaint exterior top story of large house 2. Replace windows with double glazed (6 large windows, 1 small, 1 ranch slider, one back door). 3. Replace built in log burner and reinstate chimney. Will need to bring hearth up to code. We expect this job will require scaffolding. Optional extras (budget dependant) 4. Replace other windows (up to 5 large, 2 small) 5. Remodel laundry 6. Enclose back porch with a back door and raise floor to house level. Work can begin as soon as quotes are accepted and any consents sorted. We'd like to get quotes for the work, and we expect you'll need to visit the site to take measurements, scope scaffolding requirements etc. Please get in touch and arrange a time to visit.
