Fix Entrance Door, Fixed Window, Replace Framing Hardie Board Add Flashing #2

Requiring the services of a builder to replace a fixed window and an entrance door as well as for a small section replace hardie board and add saddle flashing to beams to address water ingress and rebuild with the fibre cement. Would also need to replace framing were rotten, as well as replace a section of chipboard with flooring ply. Lastly add ba --- to walls and fix Gib. Would prefer a time charge basis based on an hourly rate with all materials supplied by the owner. There is approximately 4-5 days work.
