Wall up and install a door in garage entrance

2.75m width 1.75m high garage entrance is no longer used as such due to two supporting uprights 1.2m apart now being in the way. We want to remove the garage door and wall up the hole - with a normal (but wide) door that opens between the uprights. No electricals, no plumbing, no windows (maybe the door will have one). Must be 100% water tight when door is closed. Door sill at ground (or very close to) level so bikes can easily be rolled through.
