We’re wanting to build a small room (watertight) on our deck. It would measure 3m x 3m, have a corrugated iron roof, with some windows, glass louvres and maybe a bifold door. Keen to get advice on this around whether or not we need a building consent also. We’re wanting to start this in the next few months so it’s done before summer.
