Looking for a LBP to help progress a bathroom renovation

I don't know if this is too unusual of a request, but I'm looking for a LBP who is open to working with me, and tradespeople (electrician/plumber) I've arranged to carry out a bathroom renovation. There's some restricted work to be done, but nothing too major - removing some small walls, adding some ply for bracing. The largest bit I think would be adding a supporting beam in place of the walls to be removed. It's a fairly small span. There's the possibility we might need to engage an engineer if the beam cannot be installed under NZS 3604 I'm happy to be flexible on what parts of the work to be done you'd like to manage/do yourself, but we're reaching out to see what alternatives there might be to someone managing/doing the whole renovation for us from start-finish. I'd expect we would put together a contract in advance and make everything nice and clear/fair for all involved.
