Job description
We wish to hire a labour-only builder to build and project manage our additions, available to start between 2-9 November (build to be complete by mid-December). The addition includes a bedroom and altered entry way, some minor decking and the fixing of a new hot water cylinder in the roof space. We plan to supply materials ourselves. We will also source some of the contractors (electrical, plumbing, decoration). Plans and specification are available on request. We expect building consent to be granted between 2-9 November and would like to start building straight away. If you are available for this timeframe and able to provide two references from work completed in the last 6 months, please contact us immediately. Our preference is for a registered Master (or very experienced) Builder.

(Price quoted and paid is 'labour only') I really can't recommend Ron and his team highly enough. We have tradesmen in the family who did some of the wiring, etc, and told us we'd 'fallen on our feet' finding him as we did. Not only did the job get completed to an excellent finish, but the tricky work of adding an extension to a 40's house that looks as if it's been there since day one was achieved with stellar results. Friends and family who've visited always mention 'you can't tell where the extension starts'. They were actually tracking to have the job completed early but OUR suppliers caused problems and held them up. Nonetheless, the job was completed on time and in budget. I have offered to be a client reference for them, I'm so impressed. Highly, highly recommend.
