I have a residential zoned property with a large workshop but no current accommodation. I have come up with various options for adding accommodation, including adding to or converting part of the existing building, or erecting a kitset cabin separate from the existing workshop. I need a builder/draftsperson to advise pros and cons of these options, then to draft plans for consent, then to construct. The dwelling would be approx 30-40 m2. These may be separate people: a designer/draftsperson (I don't believe I need an architect for this) and a builder, or may be the one person to do all tasks.
