Bedroom relining

Bedroom (standard size) needs floor raised and insulated to align with rest of house (old extension - new floor can sit on existing), old fixed wardrobe, wall and ceiling lining removed, and then wall and ceiling insulated and and relined with gib. Work to commence around mid January 2017. Looking for fixed, firm quotes.
