Hello, we require a builder to create a dividing internal wall in our garage. We currently use half of the garage as an overflow bedroom and divide it by using a curtain. We would like to make this more permanent. The wall would be approx 4 metres in length and should have an internal door to allow access to the garage. Does this require any planning permission from council. I will be guided by you on this one? The second thing we require is for a washing machine/dryer and wash basin to be boxed in with a cupboard of sorts that has two sliding doors to access the equipment. I've attached pictures. :) Thanks for reviewing.
