We need a lean to roof to replace an existing one that is attached to a fence/non-compliant. Size/dimensions to be discussed. I've attached a pic of a rough example of how the current one operates, and what I'd like it to look like. I'm open to it being made of wood or metal - probably the cheaper option but open to discussion on look/performance, etc.
Looking for an LBP who has good, practical ideas and is a good communicator, and will ensure it's compliant, etc. As it's currently attached to a fence, the new supports will need to be concreted in about 1m back from fence. Also keen to look at privacy options with the existing fence and in other areas.
I look forward to hearing from you!
