Skirting board replacement, head flashing installation.

Historic leak (now repaired) in our garage caused damage to this skirting board. We want it replaced - and possibly a small section of gib too if needed. Approx 1.5m long.

We also need a head flashing installed on the outside of a standard door next to this skirting board.

Keen for the work to be done ASAP (ideally by mid-January).
