Sleep out/cabin

I want a small locatable cabin to be moved onto a site where I have a seaside bach at Pahi (Paparoa). I already have two dwellings on the site with services. In this instance I want to move the son of the tenant of one of them out of my second dwelling and into the cabin. So it only needs sleeping space for one). I would imagine that an extension lead can provide the required power. I have two level sites with crushed limestone base where it can be located. So really, no building is required, although I have other building projects there.
