Studio replacement

A new larger studio to replace old one which is too small and low and has had to have repairs, getting too frequent now. Also needing advise as to where to place new one as ground needs to be built up a little and 11 Sheoaks and 1 Oak need dropping which will be firewood and three trees taken out for replanting. The old studio moved and put on concrete pad after ground built up a little, to replace old sheds that need to be pulled down, if feasible, otherwise old sheds pulled down and new ones erected. Also a new smaller shed to be placed beside new big one, for costume storage, changing & warm-up room toilets etc. There will be toilet facilities in new big studio with walls inside and a sprung floor in studio supporting two different dance room areas with mirrors and barres. We also need to replace fence along front adding a gate and also possibly alongside part of the section if we can afford it. We have a tradesmans for all plumbing work and one for land fill.
