New build-Mangawhai heads

I am about to start the process of building the required retaining walls, water tanks, effluent system and builders box. This will be done by another contractor. After that, I would like a builder that I can work with to complete the main house to a shell/lockup stage, and possibly beyond. I can manage all other trades, but am flexible, just don't want to work with a major building company. House will be 3 bed, 2 bath, single level, simple design, on steep section, so partly on piles, with large deck. aiming at starting in end March or April
