New house in Mangawhai, plans about to be submitted for building consent. 110m2 consisting of two small pods - 40m2 each with a mezzanine bedroom. Driven pile foundations, timber framed, steel profile cladding. Looking for a builder to complete all RBW and to lock up stage. We are happy to take the project from this point. You need to be in a position to start this build by the end of February and be a certified builder or registered master builder. Happy to do Labor only as we have experience with new build project management.
