Home extension

I have 2 storied home that i want to add a family room and an outdoor semi closed off and covered in area around --- on top level. Bottom basement level likely for vehicle storage or open initially. Home is Hardi plank, 2.7 stud, alloy joinery. Also want to create an onsuite in the master bedroom and change the wardrobe lay out around.
