Access to roof space

I need three access points made into 2nd storey roof space. I would prefer doorways large enough to access easily made into the walls and inside a cupboard. This will need to be done within the next 4 weeks prior to insulators coming in to insulate those areas. The type of access can be negotiated if this isn't feasible. If possible I'd like a light wired into the roof areas too. There are also some holes in a wall to be repaired to painting standard as per photos. The final two photos show the current access point and the roof space that we have for reference.
