Garage + extension

Design and build a brand new double garage (with storage space and new laundry) to rear of existing house. Demolish existing concrete block carport where garage will be. Build a second story above this with a 1-2 bedooms and a bathroom. (approx 40-45sqm) Remodel existing laundry room into stair case to access new area by joining to existing passageway inside the house. Please note floor in existing laundry may need to be replaced as suspect borer. Reconfigure roofing profile to match.
