Outdoor Area

I require a draughts person to do design work for an extension we are planning and prepare documentation for a permit. It is basically a lean-to with Clearlite roof and approximately 6m x 6m. I am a builder so will complete the work myself. I have all the house and foundation plans for the existing house. This is going to be our outside area so not planning on closing it in completely. We currently have a lovely outside area, exactly what we want, expect the previous owner built it illegally and out to the boundary. The council has requested us to remove it. I have attached photos of our existing area that we are going to rebuild but legally.
