Non structural work. Interior fitout alterations to office/shop premise. Demolish existing 6.9m wall, demolish existing storeroom cupboard, Build new 13.5m L x 3.4m H wall (framing & plasterboard). Join existing walls to new wall (3m L x 3.4m H x2 walls to create new room). No need to worry about flooring or suspended ceiling. If you can add price for the 3 new standard hollowcore doors as per the new wall, that'd be nice!
