Construct upstairs and downstairs extension

We are looking for a builder to start work as soon as possible. Our build consists of constructing a new bedroom upstairs with ensuite. Also, on a new slab, a ground floor bedroom and separate bathroom and small office. The current upstairs bedroom requires new walls and roof. We have architectural plans available. Office - 7.27 square meters. Downstairs bedroom 10.94 square meters. Bathroom 6.96 square meters. Upstairs bedroom 14.6 square meters. Upstairs bathroom 3.71 square meters. There is also a stairwell, not sure of meterage -- it is on the plan. The builder’s work must exclude wall painting and floor tiling. Location-- near Trentham Military Headquarters. We have easy access on level ground. Street parking is available, for about 3 vehicles, right at the front door.
