Need my carport repaired, and my shed knocked down a new on built.

1. My carport roof is badly corroded, and beams are rotting, the one corner has a cement structure collapsed, this means that the roof structure is now uneven, may need to be torn down and a new one built. 2. My main shed is asbestos, and needs to be taken down, and safely disposed of and a larger one built in its place. the smaller shed (steel) is in bad condition and just needs taking down and dumping. Want a shed that I can do woodwork in and is weather tight for my tools, will need to move the washing line so that I can have the bigger shed built. something preferably same size as the carport approx. 18m squared hobby shed. Need power in the shed and by the carport as I need to charge cars in the future.
