Job description
In a hundred year old house, 1. Replace a rotting veranda. 2. Master bedroom, remove a French door and window with a new double glazed window. 3. Master bedroom, install skirting boards and wardrobe doors. 3. Hall, finish linen cupboard and new hallway, skirting, scotia, plastering.

We chose David and his team to replace our veranda because he looked at the whole job. He was the only tradesman to get under the house and check out the underlying structure of the deck. His gave us the confidence not only that he could do the job but we would not get too many surprises during the job. The communications were great and we are really happy with the finished results both the veranda and the inside work in the hall.
