Simple job: measure pitch of roof

Before having the whole roof of a house replaced, we need to confirm what the pitch of part of the roof is. We are overseas, otherwise we would do this ourselves. Specifically, we need to know whether the pitch of the roof over the kitchen (which was an addition to the house) is over 3 degrees. The relevant part of the roof is circled in red in the photos.
