Job description
Repair rotten stud onside of wall (and potentially base board). Replace weatherboards, painting not required. Added photo, there are two studs on either side. of this just inside the cut. There is currently waterproof seal over this.

Took a little bit to get started due to delays and weather, but communicated this. Tradies were polite and professional and work was done to a high standard after a couple of hiccups at the end that were put right at the first opportunity. Overall very happy and will likely use again.
