Carport to Garage Conversion

Our house is split level with the top over lapping the bottom level of the house. The top level creates a carport as shown in the photo. We have had an architect complete drawings to convert this into a closed garage with internal access. A lean to is also added at the back of the garage. There is a new concrete slab and some drainage work that will need to be included in the job. All details are already specified in the detailed drawings. We have been issued a building consent and are ready to start the project now. We have some flexibility on dates, but are keen to get going on the job as soon as possible.
