Wall replacement

Need someone to come have a look at a part of our wall which needs replacing. On the other side of the wall is our shower. When the wall was taken down, we found that you could actually see the shower tray on the other side 😩 also nothing seems to be sealed up so water can easily get through to the wall. What we need to know is if we need to replace the whole shower unit or is this an easy fix by sealing up but looks like new gib is getting affected by water 😑 need someone to give us advice and potentially fix it up if needed. Pls help!
