Double carport ceiling permanent lining

The ceiling of our double plus carport which is approx 6.1 x 9.1m needs permanent lining. We have installed insulation blocks and birds are attacking these. The insulation needs permanent covering e.g. with plywood or other suitable material. Please use screws and not nails. The carport has two open sides, and two sides with the house. If possible we would like the job completed by Christmas. The roof of the carport is the floor of the top story of the house and is solid and well built. There is an excellent structure to attach the ceiling lining to.
