Hanging an indoor swing (Joist strengthening / eye bolt/plate fitting)

Hi there, we'd like to hang a swing inside our house (yes one of those) and want to make sure its all safe and secure to hold an adults body weight. We'd like someone who knows about joists and weight distribution who can pop into our ceiling (would need a small ladder) and check out what is there and strengthen what is there, as well a recommendation and fitting of a strong eye plate or bolt for hanging the swing securely without someone falling down or the whole thing coming out of the ceiling.
