Fix flashing + install scriber plugs etc

We are needing some help with some repairs as recommended by our builders report. Mainly some scribers are missing, and some areas need scriber plugs and the electrical meter box needs some head flashing and side scribers. Flashing: - Some of the cutouts around the window head flashings have not been done properly and may be leaking during times of stormy weather. - The raking windows may need kick out flashings. Wall Penetrations: - Some attention required around the pipe penetrations. - The electrical meter box should have a head flashing and side scribers - The windows on the back wall (master bedroom an ensuite) have no scriber plugs, may be leaking during times of stormy weather
