Install beam for doorway opening in load bearing wall

We would like a builder to install a beam above an existing doorway to allow us to create a larger opening where the existing door is. We would like to remove the bulk head so would like the beam in the roof space. There is plenty of room and good access to the roof space. All break out work associated with the opening would be done by us, so this is just for the beam installation. Also look at quoting for replacement of existing window with patio doors.
