Wall alteration for installation of bi-folding doors

I am getting 2 aluminium bi-folders installed. There are 2 external walls that need to be slightly altered prior to the install. It has to be done by an LBP (licensed building practitioner) as such is the council requirement. All consented with plans available. Looking for work to be done around mid-April or maybe just before. Wall #1 includes the removal of 2 existing windows, removal of the part of the wall between the windows and preparing the cavity for the install of a long bi-folder. Wall # 2 is removal of the existing window, dropping the height of the cavity slightly, and making the opening for another bi-fold.
