Locate and repair leak

I have a leak that no one can locate the source of. It’s coming in to the house via a newly flashed window, and I’ve had several people check the flashing but that might not be the source. It’s a weatherboard house in good condition with concrete tile roof, which was resealed over the summer. The window only leaks during a really strong southerly (it’s a south-facing window). I’d like someone to locate the leak and repair it!
