Incomplete Wall Cladding

I needed some cladding replaced on side of house as can be seen by the photos. A Builder was contacted and the work started. (As per Photos). Unfortunately it appears that the Builder has done a runner on me (with money) and gone to ground. Not replying to txt, email, or phone calls. Fortunately, I have all the purchased materials that were bought for the job, cladding etc, to complete the job. I need this completed.
