Large sections of wall between the existing kitchen and the lounge to be removed to create an open plan flow between the two. We have engineer's plans speccing it all out and it has been officially council-approved as of late January. Requires new support beams above roof-line and additional support for under kitchen piles. Please note the image attached is just a sketch and the amount of wall to be removed is actually more than what's indicated. Would like the work done asap.
