Replace window hinges and Weatherboards before painting
Job description
We are painting our house in late Feb and need all upstairs window hinges replaced. Also may need any rotten weatherboards/window trim replaced if found. House is 2 storey but will have scaffolding wrapping house. Scaffolding will be up from 21st Feb for 4 weeks.

Posted Job late 2018 for carpentry work around windows & weatherboards for Feb 2019. Work was awarded to Tui at Protrades Property Group. Initially Tui responded and we locked in Feb 20th to start. 2 weeks out I reached out to Tui on starting but no response. The week before the job I called each day leaving 3 voicemails and 4-5 texts. I also tried to make contact via email but again to response. Last texts and VM were simply to ask if he could respond if he wasn't coming. Very dissatisfying!
