Possible leaking shower repairs and possible ceiling replacement in sitting room

We require a builder and possibly a plumber to repair/replace a wall that may be damaged from a leaking shower. (Shower unit has detached from wall in places also) We are also looking at replacing the ceiling in our lounge (currently corky tiles) with Gib so may will also need a plasterer & electrician (all dependant on cost). An electrician to repace external security light on garage and possibly install a new extractor fan in our kitchen and other little odds jobs requiring attention
